E-Payment Settlement Officer

Renmoney is hiring an E-Payment Settlement Officer to oversee electronic payment settlements, reconcile transactions, resolve settlement exceptions, and ensure the accuracy of payment operations.

• Process and monitor electronic payment settlements across multiple payment channels.
• Perform settlement and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies and transaction exceptions.
• Process settlements for Interswitch, Mastercard, and other payment schemes.
• Prepare operational and settlement reports.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to improve settlement processes and operational efficiency.

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in banking operations, e-payment operations, settlement, reconciliation, or transaction processing.
• Sound understanding of electronic payment systems, banking operations, and settlement processes.
• Practical knowledge of Interswitch settlement, Mastercard settlement processing, and other electronic payment schemes.
• Experience with General Ledger (GL) reconciliation, settlement exception management, and transaction investigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of banking controls, operational risk management, and payment regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
