Card Reconciliation Officer

Renmoney is seeking a detail-oriented Card Reconciliation Officer to ensure the accuracy of card transaction reconciliations, settlements, and electronic payment operations while resolving discrepancies efficiently

• Reconcile card transactions and settlement accounts accurately.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor card transaction lifecycle and settlement processes.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain reconciliation records and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and payment partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and electronic payment procedures.

• 2–4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Card Operations, Reconciliation, Finance Operations, Electronic Payments, or Settlement.
• Experience in card reconciliation within a commercial bank, fintech, or payment service provider is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of card transaction lifecycle and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of payment schemes such as Interswitch, Mastercard, and NIBSS.
• Understanding of General Ledger reconciliation and electronic payment operations.
• Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (e.g., Mambu) is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
