Field QA/QC Lead

A Proptech company is seeking a Field QA/QC Lead to oversee deployment quality, supervise field installations, and ensure operational excellence through quality assurance and inventory management.

Govern deployment quality and approve final go-live activities.

Supervise field installations and manage technicians and vendors.

Maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock reconciliation.

Validate platform configurations and customer readiness before deployment.

Drive continuous process improvement and prepare operational reports.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in field operations, QA, deployment, or IoT/Telecommunications.

Experience managing technicians, contractors, and inventory systems such as SAP, Odoo, or Frappe.

Professional certifications in Quality Assurance or Project Management are an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
