Supply Chain Manager

Hobark International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management operations within the upstream oil and gas sector.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities.
• Lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while driving cost optimization and process improvements.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Manage ERP systems and optimize supply chain operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certification such as CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
