Key Responsibilities
Provide continuous care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Monitor vital signs and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
Administer medications and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment.
Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions accurately.
Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and emergency response activities.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery.
Maintain strict compliance with infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
Support surgical and emergency teams with critical care expertise when required.
Required Qualifications
Valid Nursing license with formal Intensive/Critical Care Nursing training or certification.
Strong clinical foundation in Nursing and Emergency Nursing.
Advanced skills in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and post-operative intensive care.
Working knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and acute patient management.
Previous experience in an ICU or High Dependency Unit (HDU), preferably in a surgical or multispecialty hospital.
Excellent communication, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and ethical patient care.
