Medical Laboratory Scientist

ExCare Health Services Limited is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform accurate laboratory testing, support patient diagnosis and treatment, and maintain high standards of laboratory quality and safety.

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissues, and body fluids.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment while ensuring quality control.

Handle specimens accurately and prepare timely laboratory reports.

Maintain a sterile laboratory environment and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Conduct blood grouping, compatibility testing, and identification of infectious agents.

Manage laboratory inventory, documentation, and patient data confidentiality.

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).

Valid practicing license and registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Strong documentation, quality management, and laboratory data management skills.

Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork.
