Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
Drive employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management initiatives.
Provide strategic HR support and advice to the CEO and leadership team.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR professional certification is an added advantage.
Proven experience in a Human Resources management role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
