Technical Production Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Production Lead to oversee vegetable production operations, ensuring efficient farm management, adherence to Good Agronomic Practices (GAP), and high-quality crop yields from nursery to harvest.

• Oversee all farm production activities from nursery establishment to harvest.
• Plan and implement crop production schedules.
• Monitor crop growth, health, and overall field performance.
• Manage pest and disease control using appropriate agronomic practices.
• Supervise farm workers and coordinate daily field operations.
• Maintain accurate farm records and production reports.
• Ensure compliance with Good Agronomic Practices (GAP).
• Drive productivity and maintain high-quality crop yields.

• HND/B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in horticultural or vegetable production.
• Strong technical knowledge of crop production and farm management.
• Good leadership, supervision, and team management skills.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
