HR Manager (Part-Time)

Fitcare Health is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a one-person HR function, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, building HR systems, and driving talent, performance, and employee engagement across the organization.

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
• Design and deliver employee induction and ongoing training programs.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, staff handbook, leave management, attendance tracking, and disciplinary procedures.
• Oversee performance management, including probation reviews, KPIs, and appraisals.
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead employee engagement, culture, retention, and team restructuring initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and exit interviews.
• Support the Founder & CEO with strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a company of fewer than 50 employees.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS and payroll systems such as BambooHR, Zoho People, Bento, or PayVantage.
• Proven experience designing and implementing training programs from scratch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
• Degree or background in Law (especially Employment/Labour Law) is an added advantage.
• Experience managing HR across multiple locations is a plus.
• Healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry experience is desirable.
