Finance & Strategic Planning Manager

Forte Upstream Services Limited is seeking an experienced Finance & Strategic Planning Manager to lead financial planning, treasury operations, cash flow management, and strategic financial initiatives that support business growth and profitability.

• Optimize working capital and manage organizational cash flow.
• Build and maintain banking relationships and structured financing arrangements.
• Oversee trade finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
• Monitor project and contract profitability to support business decisions.
• Manage treasury operations, taxation, and financial controls.
• Develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required (MBA or CFA is an added advantage).
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in the oil & gas, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial services sectors is preferred.
• Strong financial planning, treasury, and commercial finance expertise.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modelling skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be resident in Lagos.
