Pay Advisor, West Africa

Mondelēz International is seeking a Pay Advisor to support payroll operations across West Africa by ensuring payroll accuracy, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Ensure payroll activities are completed in line with service level agreements and payroll obligations.
• Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Drive payroll process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and data protection requirements.
• Analyze payroll process exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve payroll efficiency and service delivery.

• Experience in payroll operations or a related process area.
• Experience working in a shared services environment.
• Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of process design, process mapping, and business requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement projects.
