Inventory Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate inventory control to support smooth business operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Prepare inventory reports and support production activities.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.

• Experience in inventory or warehouse management is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
