Fem3le Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Assistant

GH&F26 is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fem3le Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to create engaging, educational, and visually appealing content that inspires women to build sustainable healthy lifestyles. The ideal candidate will manage daily content creation for Instagram and TikTok while maintaining the brand's voice, consistency, and visual identity.

• Create and publish two engaging posts daily on Instagram and TikTok.
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, voice-over videos, and other multimedia content.
• Design educational carousel posts, graphics, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
• Transform provided ideas and educational materials into engaging social media content.
• Brainstorm and develop original content ideas aligned with the brand's mission.
• Create healthy lifestyle, nutrition, meal preparation, wellness, or product-related content when required.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, and on-screen text to boost engagement.
• Organize and manage content using a content calendar.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Prepare weekly or monthly social media performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

• Fem3le candidate with experience creating engaging Instagram and TikTok content.
• Strong short-form video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software.
• Experience creating carousel posts, social media graphics, and visual content.
• Excellent caption writing and written communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop content from brief ideas.
• Interest in healthy living, nutrition, wellness, or women-focused content.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond positively to feedback.
