Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for site and office employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Oversee payroll administration, staff benefits, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee development, and training initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employment contracts, and personnel documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement across project sites and the head office.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' post-NYSC experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
- CIPM/ACIPM certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in HSE compliance and site HR management is an added advantage.
