Medic Connect is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Nurse to oversee clinical operations, coordinate caregivers, maintain high standards of patient care, and ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational activities.
Convert client enquiries into successful care placements.
Coordinate, supervise, and support caregivers across active client placements.
Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate caregiving staff.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with clinical standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational records.
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent care delivery.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve service quality.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid NMCN licence verified by the Council.
Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory, matron, or care coordination role.
Home care, community health, or private practice experience is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, clinical assessment, training, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel as required for client assessments and service delivery.
