Procurify is seeking a proactive and engaging Community Builder to grow and manage online communities, foster meaningful conversations, and strengthen relationships with members across WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook platforms.

Build, manage, and grow WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook communities.

Encourage daily conversations and active member participation.

Develop strategies to increase community engagement and retention.

Respond to community inquiries and maintain positive relationships with members.

Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Monitor community feedback and provide insights to improve engagement.

Convert followers into active, loyal community members.

Good understanding of Nigerian import and trading-group communities.

Strong communication and community engagement skills.

Self-driven, consistent, and proactive.

Ability to write in a warm, clear, and authentic tone.

Experience in community management or social media engagement is an added advantage.
