International Student Recruitment & Conversions Customer Service Officer

Ruhe Global Resources is seeking a target-driven Customer Service Officer to recruit, engage, and convert prospective international students while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting admissions processes.

• Recruit and convert prospective international students into successful enrollments.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.
• Achieve recruitment and conversion targets.
• Manage customer information using CRM and data management systems.
• Deliver presentations and guide students through the admissions process.
• Maintain accurate records and support recruitment campaigns.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment is essential.
• International education experience is desirable.
• Strong sales, conversion, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
