Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distribution channels and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee account management and ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' sales experience in the rice or flour milling industry.
- Experience managing institutional, open market, and HORECA sales channels.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, sales, and account management skills.
