Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage company correspondence and emails.
- Prepare letters, reports, and official documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
- Create and manage job cards for workshop operations.
- Maintain vehicle service history and workshop records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Raise customer invoices and record payments.
- Track outstanding invoices and support petty cash reconciliation.
- Maintain customer databases and coordinate service reminders.
- Record inventory movement and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain staff attendance, personnel files, payroll support, and leave records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Automotive industry experience is an added advantage but not required.
