Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead product design from discovery and user research through implementation.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavioural analysis.
Design responsive web and mobile interfaces, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly solutions.
Utilize AI-powered tools to improve design research, prototyping, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of web and mobile product design.
Expert proficiency in Figma, design systems, interactive prototyping, responsive design, accessibility standards, and engineering handoff.
