Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accounting records.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative operations.
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial data.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting (First Degree must be in Accounting).
- Professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) is required.
- 2–5 years' core accounting experience.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials or other accounting software is an added advantage.
