Job Summary

A company is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and commercially aware Client Relations and Sales Representative to manage customer interactions, drive client acquisition, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company processes.
  • Manage customer inquiries from initial contact through successful conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on consultations, bookings, and customer requests.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Support upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up sessions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years' experience in customer service, sales support, client management, front desk, or related roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, wellness, lifestyle, or premium service environments is an advantage.
  • Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in administrative coordination and customer record management.
