Job Summary

A fast-growing fintech and digital payments company is seeking a Customer Support Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve payment-related issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech or digital payments and a solid understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, digital wallets, and related customer support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, wallet transactions, and payment-related concerns.
  • Explain digital payment processes, blockchain networks, and fintech services clearly to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years' customer support experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, remittance, or digital payments.
  • Practical understanding of stablecoins, wallet addresses, blockchain networks, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using customer support tools and platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
