Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Manage and update customer databases and records.
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Perform day-to-day administrative and office support duties.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support the team with other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Ability to schedule meetings, manage databases, and follow up with clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (knowledge of other productivity tools is an advantage).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Serious, committed, and ready to work immediately.
- Must be available for an immediate interview and resume upon offer.
