Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Nigerian labour laws.
Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Support performance management and other HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years' experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is an added advantage.
Experience in recruitment and core HR operations.
Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
