Medical Sales Trainee

THC Pharmaceutical is recruiting Medical Sales Trainees to promote its pharmaceutical products, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors. This role is ideal for science graduates looking to build a career in medical sales.

• Promote and sell company products to retail outlets, private hospitals, government hospitals, institutions, and other prospective customers.
• Visit hospitals, PHCs, pharmacies, private clinics, laboratories, and distributors according to assigned sales itineraries.
• Develop new customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Record sales activities, customer visits, inventories, and demand generation activities using the company's sales operations software.
• Collaborate with the assigned manager to plan weekly and monthly sales activities.
• Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME), Focus Group Meetings (FGM), and other promotional activities.

• B.Sc. or HND in any Science or related discipline.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Strong interest in building a career in Medical Sales.
• Fast learner with good analytical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory, especially hospitals and pharmaceutical markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in a local language spoken within the assigned territory is an added advantage.
