The successful candidate will supervise site operations, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Prepare daily project reports and monitor work progress.
Oversee and schedule site operations to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project performance and resolve operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Broad engineering knowledge with core competence in Civil Construction.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Experience in oil & gas projects is an added advantage.
Ability to manage project teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
