A leading company in the Oil Services & Construction industry is seeking a Bid Officer/Tender Specialist to manage bid processes, prepare winning proposals, and coordinate tender submissions for oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate should have strong proposal writing, project management, and industry compliance knowledge.
Lead and coordinate bid and tender preparation processes.
Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and tender specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather bid documentation and pricing information.
Manage bid timelines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Maintain records of bid activities and tender documentation.
Monitor tender opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in bid management or proposal writing within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong proposal writing, communication, and project management skills.
Knowledge of LOGIC, BP, Shell contracts, API, ASME, and ISO standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
