Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests professionally.
- Manage front desk operations using hotel management systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient reception environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience as a Receptionist in a hotel environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Customer Service certification is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Opera, Marriott, or similar hotel management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
