Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office records and filing systems.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute relevant documentation.
- Support daily office administration and coordination.
- Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
