Job Summary

Blossom Prince Limited is recruiting organized and detail-oriented Clerical Staff to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office records and filing systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute relevant documentation.
  • Support daily office administration and coordination.
  • Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years' relevant work experience.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an added advantage.
