Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update patient medical records accurately.
- Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of patient information.
- Organize and retrieve medical records when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient records.
- Prepare reports and support administrative record-keeping activities.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient records management.
- Perform other duties related to medical records administration.
Required Qualifications
- OND in Medical Records, Health Education, Science Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related Medical Science field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of data entry and records management.
- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
