Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Provide administrative and customer service support.
- Assist with accounting and financial record-keeping activities.
- Prepare reports and manage office correspondence.
- Support management with administrative tasks and operational activities.
- Ensure efficient office processes and organizational compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Background or experience in accounting is required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
- Must reside within Yaba or its immediate environs.
