Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts and provide Microsoft 365 and Active Directory support.
- Perform hardware and software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance.
- Log, track, and resolve support requests using IT ticketing systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
- Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL are an added advantage.
