Client Success Agent (Customer Support)

The Credit Pros is hiring a remote Client Success Agent to provide exceptional customer support while assisting clients with credit-related inquiries. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills and an interest in the U.S. credit industry.

• Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve client inquiries.

• Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.

Paid Training: 1 month (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break
Schedule: Monday–Friday and Saturdays (after training), between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time
