Manage day-to-day human resources operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and support performance management initiatives.
Utilize HR software and data management tools to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with management to support organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
CIPM certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software and data management tools.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
