Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
- Manage front desk operations and patient registration.
- Coordinate HMO verification, authorization, and claims processes.
- Schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Liaise with HMOs to ensure seamless patient service.
- Support other administrative duties as assigned.
