Job Summary

A company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service through email and chat support. The ideal candidate will resolve customer issues efficiently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI-powered tools while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email and chat.
  • Resolve account, transaction, and app-related issues.
  • Use AI-powered support tools while applying sound judgment.
  • Escalate fraud, KYC, AML, and compliance-related cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Compliance teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Track recurring issues and provide feedback to Product and Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Support or Customer Success.
  • Experience using Help Scout, Intercom, or similar customer support platforms.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or payments is an advantage.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Understanding of KYC, AML, and data privacy principles, or willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted customer support tools.
