Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email and chat.
- Resolve account, transaction, and app-related issues.
- Use AI-powered support tools while applying sound judgment.
- Escalate fraud, KYC, AML, and compliance-related cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Compliance teams to resolve customer issues.
- Track recurring issues and provide feedback to Product and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Support or Customer Success.
- Experience using Help Scout, Intercom, or similar customer support platforms.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or payments is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and data privacy principles, or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted customer support tools.
