Job Summary

SwiftConnect Solutions is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone support. The ideal candidate will resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of customer service or customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk is an advantage.
