Head, Information Technology

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure, software engineering, cloud operations, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience within the banking, fintech, or financial services sector.

• Lead technology teams across infrastructure, software development, cloud operations, and cybersecurity.
• Drive enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy.
• Oversee digital innovation and emerging technology adoption.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
• Oversee enterprise integrations, APIs, and payment technology ecosystems.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, MBA, or a related field is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive IT experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within Banking, FinTech, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, software engineering, DevOps, and digital technologies.
• Experience with Core Banking Systems, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and payment ecosystems.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
