Acquisition Lawyer (M@le)

Grace View Homes and Properties Ltd is seeking a qualified Acquisition Lawyer to oversee land acquisition processes, conduct legal due diligence, prepare property documentation, and provide legal support for real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

• Identify and facilitate land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct legal due diligence and verify property authenticity.
• Prepare, review, and vet legal documents, including Contracts of Sale, Deeds of Assignment, MOUs, and other property-related agreements.
• Conduct title searches and confirm property ownership.
• Ensure all acquisitions comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Provide legal advice on property transactions and risk management.
• Resolve legal issues relating to land and property acquisitions.
• Represent the company during negotiations and other legal engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of acquisition processes and legal documentation.

LL.B and B.L. (Must be a qualified lawyer).

Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate or property law.

Strong knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and due diligence procedures.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and legal drafting skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
