Job Summary

Speedaf is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations, ensure timely salary processing, and maintain compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of payroll systems and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Calculate salaries, taxes, pensions, and other statutory deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential payroll records.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in payroll or a similar role (Logistics/FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, statutory deductions, and labour regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software/HRIS.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
