Develop and implement recruitment plans.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Support performance appraisals and employee training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong decision-making, communication, and networking skills.
Experience in technical or operations-driven environments is an added advantage.
