Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and HR-related issues.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities within the assigned region.
- Partner with business managers to ensure effective people management and compliance with HR policies.
- Organize staff training, engagement programmes, and performance management activities.
- Drive staff recognition and employee engagement initiatives across assigned locations.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions, analyze findings, and recommend improvement plans.
- Promote a customer-centric culture and strengthen communication between regional teams and Head Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
- At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced organization.
- Experience in recruitment and training is preferred.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is compulsory.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally.
