Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities within the assigned region.
  • Partner with business managers to ensure effective people management and compliance with HR policies.
  • Organize staff training, engagement programmes, and performance management activities.
  • Drive staff recognition and employee engagement initiatives across assigned locations.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions, analyze findings, and recommend improvement plans.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and strengthen communication between regional teams and Head Office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience in recruitment and training is preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is compulsory.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
