Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, staff schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
