Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and documentation.
- Organize files and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.
- Attend to visitors and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Manage office supplies and support daily office operations.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Perform additional office duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
- Previous administrative experience is an added advantage.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or nearby areas to ensure easy commute and punctuality.
