Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers warmly and professionally.
- Ensure the lounge remains clean, comfortable, and well-organized.
- Offer refreshments and assist customers while they wait.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and branch staff to ensure prompt customer service.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including printing documents, receiving packages, and maintaining visitor records.
- Respond to customer enquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Monitor lounge supplies and request replenishment when required.
- Assist during VIP visits and special customer events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
