Physiotherapist

Caring Habitat, a 40-room inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation hospital, is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services for both inpatients and outpatients. The ideal candidate will develop personalized physiotherapy care plans, deliver treatment sessions, and contribute to improved patient recovery outcomes.

• Conduct physiotherapy consultations for inpatients and outpatients.
• Assess new patients and develop individualized physiotherapy care plans.
• Deliver daily physiotherapy treatment sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Prepare clinical reports, discharge summaries, and physiotherapy reports.
• Provide management with physiotherapy reports to support decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 2–5 years' experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing within or around the Ajah/Lekki axis
