Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate office activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
