• Key Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
• Maintain the general ledger and cashbook.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process vendor payments with appropriate approvals.
• Perform bank, POS, and cash reconciliations.
• Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Assist with tax schedules and compliance activities.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Zoho.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• ACA (in view or started) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
