Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
- Coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Support patient flow and ensure a positive clinic experience.
- Assist patients with treatments, including frames, lenses, and medications.
- Support doctors and clinical staff with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Maintain records of patient transactions, inventory, and stock.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, products, and appointments.
- Resolve patient enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in team meetings and support clinic communication initiatives.
- Implement strategies to improve brand awareness and business growth.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending transactions.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Stable employment history.
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or customer care is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic computer and digital literacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and ability to influence sales.
- Demonstrate integrity and a high standard of ethical conduct.
- Must reside in Abuja.
