Job Summary

Magna Eye Care, through Lumira Advisory, is seeking a vibrant, professional, and customer-focused Administrative and Customer Care Executive to serve as the face and voice of the clinic. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient support, manage administrative operations, coordinate appointments, and contribute to an outstanding patient experience while supporting the clinic's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient enquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Support patient flow and ensure a positive clinic experience.
  • Assist patients with treatments, including frames, lenses, and medications.
  • Support doctors and clinical staff with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records of patient transactions, inventory, and stock.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, products, and appointments.
  • Resolve patient enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings and support clinic communication initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to improve brand awareness and business growth.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Stable employment history.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or customer care is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic computer and digital literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and ability to influence sales.
  • Demonstrate integrity and a high standard of ethical conduct.
  • Must reside in Abuja.
